Paul Hershan, Associate
Associate Attorney Paul Hershan’s practice focuses on business and commercial litigation. Paul handles all aspects of litigation, such as managing discovery, conducting legal research, and drafting pleadings, motions and appellate briefs.
Paul earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2012. He participated as a student advocate in Fordham’s Criminal Defense Clinic, was an associate editor of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media and Entertainment Law Journal, and received the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award.
Prior to joining Wrobel Markham LLP, Paul was an Assistant District Attorney with the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office for three years, where he served at both the trial and appellate level. He then worked of counsel to the Law Offices of Murray Richman, a prominent New York City criminal defense firm.
Paul lives in Manhattan and is a big fan of the New York Mets and stand-up comedy.
