Edward A. Paltzik, Of Counsel
Edward Paltzik earned a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and a B. A. from Cornell University College of Arts & Sciences, graduating with Distinction in All Subjects. He is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and the District of New Jersey.
Mr. Paltzik has extensive litigation experience involving a wide variety of complex civil and criminal matters in both state and federal courts. His advocacy has led to successful outcomes in various high-profile matters, including the Buck Foston’s First Amendment litigation against the City of New Brunswick, NJ and its top officials, FINRA arbitration against a major financial institution, a multi-jurisdictional False Claims Act whistleblower case relating to healthcare fraud, and numerous other civil and criminal matters.
Mr. Paltzik’s practice encompasses constitutional and administrative litigation, highly technical commercial and financial disputes, white-collar criminal defense, whistleblower representation, healthcare compliance, and probate work.
