Nina Markham, Of Counsel

Nina Markham is a highly experienced corporate attorney, specializing in providing practical, goal-oriented guidance to business leaders, and negotiating and drafting complex agreements with clients, vendors and strategic partners. Nina is a natural problem-solver with a keen focus on finding the win-win.

Nina served as Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc., a global fintech and S&P 500 company, having grown her career there during a tenure of more than 25 years. Her experience in-house gives Nina a strategic edge as a business lawyer, as she adroitly champions clients’ priorities while demonstrating the flexibility needed to drive sound decision-making. Nina’s role as a senior advisor to executives and her experience managing teams anchor her practice with a valuable understanding of corporate leadership practices and the operations of corporate functions.

Nina is married to our named partner, Dan Markham, and they have four now-adult children. Nina is proud of having steered her career through different stages as a working mother (including a three-year leave, part-time, return to full-time and earning promotions). She is also proud to have mentored and supported many others in charting their own paths and advocating for themselves along the way. Nina is a tennis nut and a football fan, and is still enjoying the Super Bowl victory(ies) of her home-town Eagles.
