Andrew Weltchek, of Counsel

Andrew Weltchek solves problems for owners of commercial properties in New York City. They need to close a sale or purchase, or they need to resolve a dispute, that is, they need to avoid a fight, settle a fight, or win a fight in or out of court. He’s been helping clients since 1992 when he left the Real Estate Finance Bureau of the New York State Attorney General’s office to go into private practice.

Andrew grew up in Elizabeth, NJ and has lived in Atlanta, GA, Little Rock, AR, New Orleans, LA, Brooklyn, NY, South Orange, NJ, and now West Orange, NJ with his wife. He helped raise his adult son and daughter, of whom he is immensely proud. He sings in the bass section of the Maplewood Glee Club.
