Kristina M. Kostka, Of Counsel

Kristina Kostka focuses her legal practice on business litigation, drafting pleadings and motions in a wide range of commercial matters and contract law disputes.

Kristina earned her J.D. in 2002 from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Villanova Environmental Law Journal and Chairperson of the Villanova Honor Board. She was the recipient of the Arthur J. Kania Prize in Professional Ethics, the David G. Butterworth Editor Achievement Award, and the Herman J. Obert Award for outstanding achievement in the area of Corporations and Business Organizations. Kristina graduated cum laude from Boston College in 1999.

Prior to joining Wrobel Markham LLP, Kristina worked as an associate at Hecker, Brown, Sherry & Johnson, LLP in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and at Coughlin Duffy LLP in Morristown, New Jersey, where she concentrated her practice on commercial and business litigation, product liability, pharmaceutical, and mass tort litigation. Kristina was named a New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Star, in 2008, 2009, and 2010.

Kristina lives in Maplewood, New Jersey with her husband, Brian, and their four children. She enjoys running and spending time with her family.
